Apartments are limited in-game land that hold significant value and provide holders with special privileges. The total supply of apartments will never exceed 3333.
They can be divided into 4 categories:
- Small (1,501 units): Compact and efficient.
- Medium (1,055 units): Spacious with more customization options.
- Large (555 units): Expansive with luxurious amenities.
- Penthouses (222 units): The ultimate in luxury and exclusivity.
Token Airdrop
To help kickstart the game economy, all players holding apartment units will receive an ecosystem token (ERC20) airdrop. This token airdrop will depend on various factors such as size of apartment, time held and more.
A total of 7% supply has been kept for apartment unit holders and season 1 players in Spellborne, with 50%+ of the token supply kept for community incentives such as liquidity rewards, game fund and more.
$BORNE is an ecosystem token built by the Borne Gaming Foundation, which is centered around increasing adoption and decentralisation among video games. Spellborne is the first of many games, that will be making use of this token in the game economy.
In addition to the above, apartment unit holders will continue receiving in-game rewards such as limited edition skins, item chests and more, from time to time.
Future mints
Holders gain guaranteed access to whitelist for future Mon Studios mints, ensuring early access to new collectibles.
These mints will allow holders to get early access to future Mon Studios titles, thus making apartments a direct pass to multiple games launched under the Mon Studios umbrella.
Tournaments
The next step for every player after completing the main storyline and capturing the best monsters, is to participate in PVP battles.
Outside of tournaments run by our team, such as Alliance Wars, and Showdown, the only way to participate in competitive PVP battles is via player created tournaments.
Creating a tournament requires the player to own an apartment. Players get full customizability in setting entry fee, winner prize, restrictions, classes and more for tournaments. Bigger sizes of apartments allows you to create a tournament with higher max participant limit.
This allows holders of apartment units to host tournaments with revenue sharing, and get to keep some of the prize money for hosting the tournament.
Tournaments will be releasing in Season 3 of Spellborne.
Guilds
Holders get access to the ability of creating guilds. Guilds allow players to have access to various new features such as Guild Shop, Guild War, Guild Chests, and Guild Hall.
Creating a guild requires the player to hold an apartment and to pay a certain amount of tokens. Guilds will be initially limited to a maximum limit of 50 players each. Holders can create multiple guilds with each subsequent guild costing a higher amount of tokens.
Guild participants get access to a wider network of players, in groups of upto 50 members, with every member contributing towards the guild chest.
These participants also get access to a new shop called the Guild Shop, that allows them to get access to limited time after market trades at discounts.
Guilds can join together to form alliances, in-order to participate in Alliance Wars to keep the highest prize available in Spellborne, and be crowned as Alliance of the Season.
Transferring an apartment will also transfer the ownership of the guilds created using that apartment.
Guilds will be releasing in Season 2-3 of Spellborne.
