# Guilds

> Economic and strategic entities with governance and warfare

Guilds function as economic and strategic entities with governance systems, revenue models, and competitive warfare mechanics centered on Guild Tokens.

## Guild Tokens

Tokens are minted using \$BORNE, creating demand for the game's primary asset. Each guild determines its own initial token supply and distribution. Guild members, allies, and external parties can acquire tokens.

**Rewards:**

* \$BORNE payments directed to guild treasuries
* Heightened token demand through increased speculative value

**Participant Roles:**

* Guild members engage directly in battles and resource gathering
* Speculators support guilds through token purchases, wagering on outcomes
